"This year I will have lived 50 years in Devonport...two thirds of my life spent walking the ley lines of the beaches and the maunga as I experienced the joy, the loves and the losses of an ordinary life. This exhibition is a representation in retrospective paintings, photography and poetry of those places that have uplifted, calmed and refreshed me and have been the background to my life here in Devonport. I have recorded these ephemeral moments on my camera and in the poems that form in my mind as I walk and walk the ley lines of home."
